Imaginisce Sponsor Contest

This one was SO tough for me - yeah right! I love Imaginisce products so it was a cinch to use at least 3 (though I thought it was 4, so I used 4) products in my layout. I took the opportunity to do a sweet layout of my little girl from photos taken a few months ago.

I was even very detailed and took note of what I did! For the cuts, I used Kate's ABCs and Once Upon a Princess. For my Imaginesce products, I used their white flowers and glimmer misted them in Sun Sister, Marmelade, and Rum Punch; I used their Carriage stamp and colored it in and embossed; I used their Fairytale Flowers rubons and the iRock with their gems.
I also incorporated paper from Fairy Tale (Recollections) and About a Girl (Mia - Fancypants). I also used my Cuttlebug D'Vine Swirls & Spots and Dots.

I hope you enjoy, because I had a blast doing it!

January Monthly Challenge!

This month's project was to scraplift from another project in the Cricut Circle Blog. Would you know it, I got this done a while ago, went back and reread the directions and had totally forgotten to use items from at least 2 sponsors! So, I went back in a redid some of it using Bazzil paper and Imaginescence gems with the I-Rock. My son's 2nd birthday was a Cards theme (obviously) and when I saw the Birthday Bash page that had been done on the blog, I LOVED it, so that's what I scraplifted! And here it is, in all its glory!

And this is the project I scraplifted:

Think Pink Entry!

I know it's been WAY too long since my last post, and I have done a couple projects, but life has been very busy! When this challenge was posted, I was really excited to participate! I decided to do a layout of my little girl in her sweet tutu. I would love to dedicate this to my MIL, a wonderful lady and a queen!

I used Once Upon a Princess to cut out the Poodle and phrase, embossed the poodle using a French script stamp and black embossing powder and adorned with pink pearls. I used pink and purple ink on the phrase and scalloped accents and embossed them with a holographic powder. I used Cindy Loo for the glitter frame, flower, and the bird, added a purple ribbon accent and black ribbons from the bird's mouth and embellished with pearls. I am working on the other side of this 2 page layout now and hope it won't take me a week to do, but it might! Will post when it's done!

Get Well Card

Made a get well card for my daughter's swim instructor. She has been in and out of the hospital and we miss her! That's why it's a mermaid and I put in the inside that her fishies missed her!
